No, 'cos your input was going directly to the base of Q1.  C1 wasn't involved at all.

Cool.  Looks good.

If it helps, I check my layouts my going through the same little mantra for each node, i.e. where components meet.  I'll say (out loud, sometimes!) something like "base of Q1 joins to R6 and C2 and nothing else", whilst looking at the schematic.  Then I do the same with the layout.  If the two sound the same - the "and nothing else" part is crucial - then it's good.  Has worked for me so far...
