Ground loop free passive A/B box with millenium LEDs

Most true bypass A/B switchers seem like a recipe for ground loop hum.

They switch signal, keep all grounds common, and (wisely) shunt the unused output signal to ground.

If you have a 4PDT switch you can surely switch signal AND screen, AND ground the unused output signal. And maybe use RG's millenium wizardry to give an indicator light?

I think doing that you might get problems with what ever is connected to the input because when you switch you are temporarily breaking its ground connection, this could cause pops in the audio and maybe other problems especially if there's a potential difference between the grounds.

Some bipolar caps connecting the different ground potentials across the switches perhaps?
