Just needs a little repair. I figured I'd share this with my stompbox brothers ;)    If I had a paypal I'd snatch this thing up in a heartbeat. XP all you WILL be mine someday! :icon_twisted:

I'm sorry sir, we only have the regular ohms.

Do you know anything about that gain control?  Mine had a broken gain control that was replaced with a W100k off a D*D box and it has to be electrically isolated from the chassis in order to work.  Strange, as I know all it does is control resistance in the feedback loop of an opamp.

Good luck finding a replacement actuator switch cover. They don't make them anymore and the only place I have seen replacements is on other XPs  :icon_eek:

You underestimate my 'maker' abilities ;D

I made this for my business cards that I got from vistaprint. I can totally fabricate a little actuator switch cover.

I don't doubt that you could Mike  ;D

I was only referring to the fact that in order to keep it form, fit, and function.... you will need some luck to get an OEM part.

Then again, I suppose one could just use their wee lil' pinky to push the momentary switch!!  :icon_eek:  ::)

Lol. I could always re-house it. I'm more about function when it comes to this one. I'm only really concerned about aesthetics when it's something I've made.

Actually finding a replacement switch cover wouldn't be that difficult.  Those covers were shared with the late 90's early 2000's RP multi effect series.

The RP3 has 5 of those covers, and those can be had for less than $25 (Craigslist, not ebay).  I'm sure the lesser pedals can be had for even less.  People always want those XP pedals, but overlook the multi effects.
Try a little tenderness.

there is a guy outta germany selling replacement covers for the switch, affordable, too. search for "guitar pedal repair" on fleabay, you'll find it.

i contacted him, and he assured me that yes, these DO fit the xpression series pedals.

that said...was gonna bid on this myself, got it on my watch list... but i don't trust these things, they're pretty much unrepairable and 99% of the time some f-tard figures... "9 volts is 9 volts, right?" and plugs in a 9vdc and smokes 'em. so be careful!!
