Troubleshooting Fuzz box

True bypass still works, but there is a buzzing sound from the bypassed signal, and when the effect is on, the buzzing gets louder when the volume knob turns up.

This is my first build, so it could be bad soldering/overall poor workmanship.

Also, no guitar gets through when effect is engaged.
