New to me anyways, anyone have a data sheet?

Are they made for the standard BOSS barrel size? (I am not sure about the 16V designation)

I would rather used these for my boards - they look better suited to round holes than these....

The small run board places I have seen only allow plated through round holes. (if cut outs or slots are allowed they are not plated)

I had to repair an adapter plug on an Eventide Timefactor with this same model. Maybe it's an industry standard for PCB mounted power amongst pedals?

I've got a pedal design that I'm currently building (spark gap) buy a guy called Merlin. A twin tube pedal, but that has the mounting on the pcb for the first picture of the jack. Not too sure about trying to cut a square hole for it though.

Poke around on his side -- he has a document for how he does all his pedal builds. You'll need a file, but the "square" part is actually just the edge of the enclosure + lid.
