minor mod to the ROG Thor

How will changing the values of the 470K/470pF resistor/cap pair before Q2 affect the signal?  I remember reading an earlier post that keeping the cap the same but lowering the resistor value would tighten up the "fullness", but what about overall reduction to, say, 220K/220pF?
