NOTE:  Just after posting this I found the Penta Driver thread....I think I'll play around with using these tubes in that circuit.

I have a 1SH18b tube lying around.  These are tiny Russian pentode tubes and they'd be perfect to fit into a 125B enclosure.  I'm not much of a tube guy so I have no idea if a pentode could make a decent overdrive.  I was able to find some specs on them if anyone is interested:

Regarding the Penta Driver circuit.  Has anyone tried it with Russian tubes.  They're practically giving the Ruskies away on eBay right now ~$1 a piece.
