What's the maximum voltage a JFET (2N5457 or J201) can handle?

Hello,
I'm doing somee testing on supplying the Dr Boogie with a higher voltage.
So far I have hooked up a 24v dc powersuppley to it and to my ears it sounds better.
But how much can a JFET have, the datasheet says 25v (drain to source) for a 2N5457 and 50v for a J201?

I just designed a new fuzz circuit! It almost sounds a little different than the last fifty fuzz circuits I designed! ;)

You've kind of answered your own question.

You need to also note the gate to drain voltage this is important.
