Treble booster Vero

Would anyone mind taking a look at this before i go for a mammoth order? ha! knowing them it'll take three weeks to process...I'd like to get it right the first time.
Unsure about that switch. Three way toggle to swap between caps...unsure about the type though. its all assumptions! sorry about the noobness.

Unsure where i got the schematic. its in a foreign language...i didn't bother to try and translate it...Nor did it have a name attached to it.
