I've got a Fulltone Soul Bender II that someone tried to "fix" (or tear apart) and I'm having trouble ID'ing the diode in the switching section. Visible marks are -

CIN (or C1N)
75
0A (could be a "zero" or an "O")

Maybe a 1N750A zener? Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

in the *switching* section? Why is a diode in the switching section? LED voltage correction perhaps? The only benifit I can see to that is that the LED will not light when your battery is getting (way) too low...

Hang on - it could also be part of a bit of circuit slowing down the LED on/off ramp to avoid popping. Milennium-like? Difficult to say w/o schem, but the number sure looks like an 1N750.
