Thats a pretty cool idea, however not many gigging musicians are going to alter fx when playing live.

Respectfully I disagree. There are many people bending over doing it right now (get you mind out of the gutter people :)
so I would imagine this would be a way to get around that somewhat. Whether or not this will sell remains to be seen
but still.
