Don't strictly need this, but it looks pretty cool. It gives data on jfets, unlike the basic model.

Thanks for the heads-up on this - much more useful than the previous model.

Maybe the discussion on this site that was contributed to by Jez Siddons, a member of the Peak team, helped in its development? If so, then that's a cracking example of customer service as it should be.

The Peak dudes are good dudes. I know that for a while, they had a stint on YouTube and various forums working with people on DCA issues.

It says a lot to me for a company to actively seek problems with their instruments and try to resolve them instead of waiting for people to contact them about an issue. I think this is how they realized the shortcomings of the 55 and how they came around to the new one.

Very nice. Accepting a standard AAA battery and additional transistor types as well as the computer interface make it quite an improvement.

Looks like I've also got a DCA-55 for sale, as I just pulled the trigger on the -75.
