To put it short and sweet, "Everything you can imagine is real". -Pablo Picasso.

Mostly because it's already been done by someone else somewhere else. Humanity is like watching ocean waves that have self awareness and believing in being snowflakes.

How many times have news media told us the story of the unknown average person suing someone famous for having made music that sounds similar to music this non-famous created 10+ years ago?

IP is a fallacious concept, because it's akin to thought policing. None of us draw ideas from some mystical ether. We necessarily draw upon what exists and only what exists, and what we experience.

No such thing as a free lunch. Steve Jobs said great artists steal.

Some funny reply's. I know its a common image of Jimi and I claim no intellectual rights or proprietary thoughts as to the design. Chances are they didn't copy me. I mean after all what are the chances of someone at a small boutique pedal company browsing a site like DIYSTOMPBOXES anyway? ::) There are way cooler looking pedals on this site than mine so I would be happy if they did copy mine.

I should be able to get a fortune for this... and Hendrix used one too, mojo, mojo,mojo...

looks like the user of this device took 'stompbox' a little to literally :(
