Im building a low cost pre amp these days.  I thought to use  Trimpots as the tone controllers in the pre-amp since I don't need to controller the tone after set it according to the my requirements. Is it possible to use trimpots for audio controlling ? Some please give some advices.

You can use trimpots if you don't have to adjust the tone too often. They'll work just fine.

Most trim pots have much more limited lifespan than Potentiometers. They're designed to be "set and forget". If you want to set and forget a pedal to a specific tone, that's fine. Other than that, they're mostly a way of getting very narrow tolerance bands for resistance. If you have an 8.6k resistor in a pedal that must be exactly 8.6k, that's what a trim pot is for.
If I can solve the problem for someone else, I've learned valuable skill and information that pays me back for helping someone else.
