My boards are getting tighter and tighter, and with my desire to make double sided and SMD boards as well as better presentation and oxidation protection, I am looking to start putting solder masks on my boards.  I am curious which method is better or easier, silk screening or dry film?  And if it is dry film, where are the best places to buy in the US, as it seems everywhere I look online is all overseas and I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for shipping.  I found the site Tech-Place that ships to the US but was wondering if there was anywhere else I could get the film from?

pulsarprofx.com has a film that you laminate on. Works nice.
