I know I said I got nothing, and it is late in the piece, but ....

I felt my knobs. tense is a problem, but I glue felt under whatever flange area I have, and trim it to the edge of same. they used to put felt washers under pots in the good old days, and look how far it got them.

sometimes some fuzz sticks out around the edge of my knob.
I feel sick.

I wasn't  'locking in' on the lead up...but the final sentence (to paraphrase Roger Waters - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6mjR5JNX7w) ..all makes perfect sense.

I'm sure that it's a primeval thing with the male of the species, that, whenever an obvious double entendre presents itself wrt knobs, flanges etc  .....it's gonna be heard regardless! ;D
