Has anyone tried running one ROG Fetzer into another. Cascading? Is that what its called.
I was thinking i could glue two together or would i be better to use a buffer after it?

Ma throats as dry as an overcooked kipper.

Smoke me a Kipper. I'll be back for breakfast.

I am working out a few kinks in the layout for the Bare-Ass Boost:

and should have a board design for sale in a few weeks.

Thanks Bear.
i'm running it through a op amp preamp with a baxandall stack on the end and i can get some lovely clean tones to some dirty filthy crunch tones too.
The Fetzer is a great circuit. I still might add another on the end it's such a low parts build and i still have room on the strip board.
I like the look of the bear ass boost i cant wait to hear how it sounds.
I'll go take a lookie see on you tube and see if anyones built it.
Mean time i discovered cascode amps and cascaded fets. Bonus and a GGG 20 watt amp.
Do you carry AC125's Bear?

EDIT; DO NOT put Bear Ass Boost into a you tube search unless you want to be traumatised.

I have some good AC127 right now, and I'm always on the lookout for other numbers. However, the old-stock transistor market is so fraught with risk that I have to be very careful not to get burned.

Edit: I wonder if he found some unexpected "fuzzy goodness"...   ;D

lol.... i toured with a gay keyboard player who was into "bears" so i pretty much knew what the term meant.

in conjunction with the rest of it, i knew better than to look, as i'd still be scratching my eyes out!!!!

lol

just not for me... and no, i don't think that kinda search would be for "fuzzy goodness"...lol
