Rather than "waste" a post on a call for entries, here's another very cool prize that's just been confirmed:

It's a completed pedal.

It's a fuzz.

I know, you're thinking, "If I win, I can probably build my own fuzz." But wait, there's more.

It's a tricked-out FY-2.

Still not excited?

The PCB will be built by our very own Mark Hammer!

And the enclosure will be a LASER ETCHED 1590B coutesy of Pickdropper. If you haven't seen pickdropper's enclosures, hop over to the picture thread and prepare to be amazed.

So, I think that's something special.

Aron just gave me the total number of entries, so if you bought two early on, so I believe we're at 11 now. That's good this early on, I'm hoping this'll be a very well-populated contest by the end, even though that might make it harder to judge the final entries.

In that spirit - I am equally engrossed and revolted by the sasuage turtles that Vallhagen posted. Perhaps as an alternative I can suggest a Linda McCartney sausage on a fork?

@perrow,  i have, though its more of a pamphlet really..( how to lose £5.00 on a competition, but is well worth it) available at all good butchers.

@sam: that won't happen..i'm purely a carnivore  (plus ive never liked the beatles...i know...i know....that's illegal isn't it..)
