Has anyone built this vero before ?
Is it Verified ? ( I'm assuming it is ... )

I built this , but i can't get it to work for some reason , I've check everything about 10 times ... but no Dice !
Won't pass audio at all , no sound !  tried different op amp too .
By Pass does work ...

:icon_confused:

Is VOL 2 out ?
Again i assume so , as it's not mentioned on the layout .

rousejeremy

I've built that, it does work. Vol.2 is out.

I forgot to tie in the grounds at pins 2 & 4 of the op amp as shown in the layout ....

Now i get some sound , but it's pure white noise .... HSSSSSSSSSSSS !!!

(  scratches  head )

Voltages may be useful. Also a schematic.

yes , good call !!!

Here they are ....

Battery Voltage = 8.37

1= 1.326           8= 1.382
2= 0                 7= 4.106
3= 0                 6= 8.301
4= 0                 5= 5.210

The vero layout is the one shown above ...

I have checked the board for solder bridges visually and with DMM .
I check and meter every component before its installed in the board , so i know all values are proper .
I have check all components are in their proper locations & orientations
I have tried a new op amp .
Unsoldered each pot , and swept the pots on the DMM to verify their operation .
Verified DC power on the circuit board
Verified all off board wiring to be correct to the layout .
Verified all cuts to the vero are correct to the layout .

What is the value of the two resistors you have wired in series for R7?

And where is the wire going to the "in" on the vero? (second strip from the top, second hole from the top)

" IN " on the board comes from the stomp switch . ( it's a purple wire , it's hard to see )

Yep , it is ..... the jumper that runs under the op amp takes care of that ....

Thanks again .....
