Russian Big Muff Pi mod

Hello, so im going to mod my russian big muff pi,

found alot of great info on these two sites

i first opened it up because the sustain pot broke.

my question is, if i replace the sustain pot with some thing larger, like a 200k instead of a 100k, will there be more sustain?
