Hello.  I really do not have much experience building Positive ground pedals but I have built many others.  I have a quick question, if my voltage readings across the oc44 transitor (E, B,C) on a Rangemaster I built are all the same, around 7.2 volts, what does this tell me?  meaning there is no voltage drop, what should i look for? I have also tried different transistors.

Thanks

Mother Nature is telling you that either:

--You are not measuring correctly OR
--more likely, something is not wired right.

Pls read the sticky on "What To Do If It Doesn't Work." Given enough right information, people here can help you troubleshoot.

if I understand the question correctly, it means that all those points (E, B, C) are shorted (all connected)
