Looks like the signal wire at the input jack is connected to the sleeve instead of tip....save the sleeve terminal for the battery negative if you're using one when you box it.

Pojo meant the "ring", not sleeve. The ring connection on input jack is usually reserved for the ground connection of a battery clip.

On that last pic you're showing us the output jack. Check the input jack (stereo) and make sure your "in" wire is really soldered to the tip lug, not the ring.

Pojo

Yes ring, my bad...typed in a hurry!! thanks for correcting ;)

The solder lug of the input jack tip isn't touching the metal between the plastic spacers of the ring connection is it? I've seen that before.

Let's recap (correct if I'm wrong) :

Switch OFF
- NO guitar signal
- Connectivity tip-tip : OK (can you double-check this please ?)

Switch ON
- NO guitar signal but humming sound
- Connectivity tip-tip : NONE

Switch looks ok...
Can you tell me where the center lug of the switch goes ? Ground of PCB ?

That actually will not be a problem according to the wiring diagram - but it does look shorted to me too.

It almost sounds as if your input is grounded out completely.

I agree !

Same here - check tip to ground continuity.

Ok I have found something, tip to tip switch off working, and all you said is right BUT ring to tip is also continuity.. Why

Hemmel

Check ground to ring. If ring also connects to ground, that's where your signal is going.
There is some solder on the ring lug, I'm guessing something was soldered there before ?

That ring to tip connectivity is quite weird...

JPGraphX

No ring to ground continuity but with à cable in it, it surely goes to ground.. I kind of twist it and no more continuity ring-tip

JPGraphX

Someone can confirm that it was the problem? So I stop looking for it!

JPGraphX

One Last question, is it normal that unplug I have no tip-tip continuity? It must be normal?

JPGraphX

Hemmel

It's possible the continuity is cut because the switch is not on bypass position.

Also, yes, if your tip and ring were shorted, then plugging a jack would short ring and sleeve, thus sending your signal direct to ground on the input jack.
