Dragonfly's Ge Fuzzrite layout. - verified?

Just looking at Dragonfly's vero layout for this circuit:

it looks like the 22k-to-ground resistor is connected between lug 1 of the volume pot and lug 2 of the tone pot...but shouldn't
it be connected to lug 3 of the tone pot?  Maybe I'm reading it incorrectly.

It's lug 1 of tone to ground. Lug 1 of the volume is grounded. Lug 2 of the volume isn't even connected to the vero. Lug 3 of his tone control goes to a split output from Q1.

The other 22K on the lefthand side of the PCB is the collector resistor for Q1.
