Mark I was looking at your DC filtering and it makes complete sense and it explains why I was not getting crazy readings but the filtering at the second output of the op-amp has me confused.  The second output is going to the 240k resistor, i don't see a "- side going to the 22k resistor and .001uf cap" as you explained.

I am confused.
