Is it possible. Am I to reverse diodes only? Also which mosfet should I use?

Yes.

No. All polarized devices must be reversed. This includes changing to a P-channel MOSFET.

see vp2106n3, zvp3306a at Mouser

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

Hm, couldn;t find them in a store near me, and I am kinda anxious to finish this project till Monday.
Will this work?

I have a couple of ICL7660S on my workbench.

Ps that's supposed to be Bonamassa fuzz plus millenium bypass 2. Also I'm going to add fulltone 69 fuzz, which is another pnp fuzz face, and another millenium bypass 2 circuit.

Can you verify if it will work. Or maybe I should rewire it?

if I remember right, I built a positive ground something fuzz, with a standard millenium indicator, and added a transistor after the mosfet to invert its state. worked fine.
