Issues with Madbean Nautilus

I've been working on my Nautilus for some time now (http://www.madbeanpedals.com/projects/Nautilus/Nautilus.pdf), everything's been soldered and wired for a bit but I've been stuck on the same issue of getting the effect to sound and react the way it's supposed for quite a while. Essentially, I get bypass and effected signal, but the effected signal is all over the board. Most of the settings sound unbelievably trebly, there's a consistent tone when certain settings are dialed in, with most settings the filter isn't really responsive to playing, etc. Trying to find good ways to describe these issues and probably failing a bit :(  Essentially, I know what this pedal is supposed to sound like, and the sounds I get from it are pretty unusable and no where near what the circuit was designed to do.

I've checked continuity dozens of times, have gone over my solder joints countless times, have had trustworthy friends go over my circuit countless times, everything honestly seems to be right. I've literally been stuck in this stage for months at this point so I'm pretty certain my soldering and component accuracy are up to par (possible bad part(s) from factory?).

Here are my voltages. Some of them definitely seem a bit whacky:

Help in any way would be unbelievably appreciated. I've been so hungry to give this baddie a run for way too long.

Thanks!

can you post some photos of your work? the only thing we like more than asking for is looking at.

Sure!

Hope these help:

Oop, kinda botched that. If you click the embed link near the end, it should take you to the gallery.

Are those electrolytic caps for the 1uF C1 and C11 positions? Box film caps are less troublesome, but they do take up more space. But the Nautilus board allows room for them.

I found with my Nautilus build that it is very finicky about settings -- most sound terrible. I found my Meatball build a hell of a lot easier to dial in some great sounds.

well, if you have something to clean the flux from the solder side, I recommend using it, because there is a number of dags and splashes that may be flux or may be solder hanging around a few joints. methylated spirits and an old toothbrush will do it, there are porbably cleaner methods though.

you might find the problem while you're cleaning. pick off any loose bits of solder, take another photo if it still trebles, and we'll have another look.

They are electrolytic. I might look into switching those up.

And yeah, the board definitely could use a clean up... I'll go through it and report back. Thanks for the input folks!
