This is a Pedal Design Helper and it is used to prototype and build guitar effects pedals.
The enclosure is an old cassette deck I gutted and filled up with my most commonly used parts for building and testing a new pedal. Breadboards on top.
I decided to post the instructions, the front label and the drill template online for everyone to use.
If you have some free time on your hands, this is a great gadget to build which will make prototyping/building/troubleshooting pedals a lot easier.

The total cost was under $19 (w/o the cassette deck enclosure and the voltage display. I already had those items laying around. Display was $2.60 from dx.com)

Very cool indeed. I might re-purpose an old VCR or something into this!

Floor-mat at the front entrance to my former place of employment. Oh... the irony.
