Someone managed to get a Dr. Boogie into a 1590A. That was pretty cool. Jimi, that's insane.

Pickdropper Dave's dual Shoot the Moon tremolo + Little Angel Chorus in a 1590A is the most I've ever seen crammed into a 1590A.

I've never done anything even close to that ... I did solderman's 1590A trivibe, but at least that was just two knobs and a switch.

{ignoring the content of pjp's last post} ... hey, jimi, when did you realise you had the vero upsidedown on this build, and what does that switch do?

It's a prototype Dolby SR system. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dolby_SR

I would guess that the veroboard has pads on both sides.

Please tell me you don't have to debug it, and does it fit into a suitcase or does it mount directly to the trunk lid????

Man, I thought mine was bad.
I feel so inadequate.

I'm gonna have to build a A/DA Flanger in a Altoids tin I guess.

It's a Green Ringer with filter and nulling mod, and a Red Llama in one box.  I have one other with more stuff but it can never be opened, for any reason, lest it never go back in the box!  It's a little embarrassing when you are tightening the box's screws and there's a little gap between the lid and the box and you just tighten 'er down, ignoring little crunching sounds.  Plenty of times it's come down to filing the lip on the lid down so it doesn't interfere with something in the box that came too close to the edge.

MrStab

i was given an old distortion pedal enclosure to fill up with crap for my bassist the other week, so long story short i decided upon a MOSFET Boost and a modded MXR Noise Gate, both of which worked great on their own, but despite the total nightmare trying to squeeze all that in and still leave room for a battery (stupid batteries!), the gate's screwed up by some short. cuts off too quickly. so i'm annoyed that you guys find it so easy to do insane crammage!! lol. i'll need to scour for ideas.

thought i'd actually contribute instead of ramble.

here's a Geofex parametric EQ i made a few months back, which i've cannibalised offboard parts from as the Q is too variable hence it's not useful to me:

...and this is (a scruffier) one from my earlier days (even though i've only been properly at it for a year or less), when i had the genius idea of trying to stick a Small Time Delay, Little Angel Chorus & delay tempo indicator into one box. that didn't really work out lol
