Urgent, please help if you can

Hey again guys, sorry for making a new topic but I felt the title of my last post wouldn't help me with this issue.

My PICkit 3 is saying it can't detect my chip anymore, I have no idea why. Is there a way I can progress with what I was doing through the means of simulation if my PIC has died?.

This is urgent!.
