vero layout for the "extra delay time" add-on board for the Echo Base?

In the long Echo Base thread, there's a helpful discussion of the mod involving a second PT2399 chip that extends the delay time of the circuit (pg. 8 of the thread).  On pg. 11 of the thread, there's a layout for etching a PCB that can do this, but is there also a veroboard version of this?  I'm going to build my Echo Base according to the vero layout, and would also like the "daughter" board housing the mod components to be on vero as well.
