I get the organisers at the pound shop

me too, good old 99p shop...i bought 10 of those, and a bag of jelly babies..very handy.

edit: no i don't seperate the jelly babies into different colours and trays...

...for labeling bins/boxes/drawers etc of different types of components (as opposed to different values of the same type)- use an image of the component, or glue a representative item on the front. We are visual beings, and identify things much faster by appearance than by reading text labels... but sure, use text to denote values etc
