Can i connect grounds like this ?

Is it ok if i connect the ground rings of the 2 jacks together , and then the ground of circuit with 9- of battery ? It looks more practic to me then connecting all ground at the same place .

Your picture has two separate things called "ground" - one between the jacks, and one connecting the battery to the circuit board.  They need to be connected.

This is actually a good thing (connecting all "grounds" to one point).  For gentle bed-time reading, search out some of the many posts by R.G. on the subject of "grounds".  Worth a read.
