Shoegazer was working until I moved to a new enclosure

Ok, so I built the Devi Ever Shoegazer last year, got it working. Decided to put in a smaller enclosure. Rewired everything to make it neater (however at this point it's not so neat anymore.

Basically it works, but it's as if the gate is always open (so there is a constant fuzz sound on both effects.)

Here's the schematics: http://imgur.com/LQq1C5f,BkTXTMN,DcADvNQ,ua218Rc,ZNmx9wo

Here's the voltage readings off of the transistors:

Soda Meiser:
Q1 c=0 b=0 e=1.0
Q2 c=0 b=0 e=1.04
Q3 c=0 b=0 e=1.01
Q4 c=0 b=0 e=9.4

Torn's Peaker:
Q1 c=.58 b=.96 e=.59
Q2 c=0 b=.59 e=.96
Q3 c=0 b=0 e=.14
Q4 c=13 b=.04 e=0

I'm not sure if I measured these correctly. I am working on uploading a video right now of what the pedal is doing.

Im no good with transistors, but I'd say there is something very wrong with the voltages of the Soda Meiser. Are you sure you did the measuring correctly? Also It would be helpful if you labeled the transistors in the schematics (Which one is Q1, 2, 3... ).

the pedal is working and i think i got the trannies measured backwards ... but yeah, the pedal is working.

I would say go over every little thing you changed comparing each individual part with the layout. It worked once, so whatever you changed when you moved it to another enclosure is the problem.

Hey, thank you ... the pedal is fine. There was a ground issue. The pedal is working great now. If only I could find all the screws i set aside for all my enclosures, I'd be set ;)
