First post!
So,  I bought a lot of parts from a fellow who's band was going to kick him for spending more time building than playing.  He had a couple of parts boxes of "mojo".  I've IDed the obvious stuff, but there's a group of Caps that I'm stumped on.  I think i've got the values right, but I'm not sure of the type of caps, any help would be appriciated.

A I have no idea what this is. Markings are 8906  100+/- 10  25v  H+
B Nor this (.033mf?)  Markings are 123  8036  217   033
C Pretty sure this is a 4.7mf, construction?
D Big silver band is throwing me, but 220 pf 5% Construction?
E .01mf, last gold band? construction?
F These bands make no sense to me
G low capacitance copper conductor. I've seen these on ebay for $.01 each, but they get you on the shipping.

Why is doing the stuff I did when I was 23 a "crisis" when I'm 43?

20 yr, welcome to the forum. did you also buy the guy's dmm?

a is an electro, 100uF, + or - 10% tolerence, 25V, + goes on this end.
b doesn't make a lot of sense. if it is a cap, it may well have been manufactured in the 36th week of 1980. "033" might mean 0.033uF/33nF. is there a decimal point you're not telling us about?
c looks like a carbon composition(?) resistor, possibly 4M7/4,700,000 Ohms, if the bands are yellow//violet//green. if the last is silver, it's 10% tolerance.
d and e both look to me like old resistors, but the 5 bands don't make sense. if they are in fact caps, then I can't see the colours good enough to read the value.

attack all parts with yr multimeter on the ohms range, see what is.

Aaaaahhhhhh!

Didn't even consider that they might be resistors because they are so honkin big.

I'll graphic the dmm this afternoon.

Thanks Duck
