A Colorsound Inductorless Wah (CIW)!!! 

Pot is 250kB, range about 30k, enough for this circuit or similar ones.
Metal is from a zinc sheet.
As the angle is less than 45° a 250k to 500k pot must be used. A parallel resistor can be used to find the best range.

Screeching noise is optional!

I ran simulations, and I found a couple of mods that makes the peaks almost of the same height.
