Rotten Peach?

I was browsing the OSHPARK site and ran across pcb's for the "Rotten Peach Distortion", did a search for schematic and found this info in layout gallery:



Has anybody built this up from schematic/layout above?
I think I'm gonna take a stab at the vero layout tomorrow.
