TS9 loud buzz/static - what's causing this ??

On my Ibanez TS9 I'm getting a bad buzz/static sound.  It does this on battery and wall adapter.  I can't seem to troubleshoot the issue.  Sometimes there's no signal, but if I bump the TS9 it may start working or create the loud static.

Any ideas?  I can normally fix something if I know how to.  I was thinking ground but I can't seem to move the right wire to get the noise, but I can get the noise if I move the pcb board.

Probably a bad/loose solder joint. Have you tried reflowing the solder on the pads

Can you hip me to what "redlining the solder on the pads" mean?  Does it mean checking for cold solders by reheating ?

I think I may have figured this out.  I seems cleaning the pots (Drive, Tone, Level) with contact spay resolved the loud static issue.  I'll let this ride for abit, but jezz it's always an easy solution 90% of the time.

Yes, the pots are usually the first place to look!  Moving parts and all...that and the jacks, as the grounds can get buggy over time. That's why the suggestion to re-flow the solder.
