A jfet made by Toshiba. Low noise, high gain and a good sub for the J201 is some applications. It does have a different pin configuration though. Check the datasheet if you decide to use it.

I've been using it ever since I've discovered it :).

Who cares about the pinout, 2sk117 in every jfet emulation sounds wicked. Haven't tried it in BSIAB, though.
