I think I figured it out. Had a cap 1 hole off. I figured it was probably something like this since I forgot a cap and resistor to start with.

It seems like whenever I get stuck I need to post a help thread before I inevitably figure it out within 5 minutes on my own, however, if I don't post the thread it will puzzle me for hours...

I hear you on that one. It happens to me all the time, more so recently when I found out that I had some caps and resistors that wandered into the wrong compartment. Like in my euphoria build, I found that I had a 1nf or 10nf cap in place of a 100nf. So I had like no volume, but when I found that while doing other things on the board I replaced it and boom, it worked perfectly.
