Snow White Auto Wah (Swah v3)

i have the same problem with this circuit again and im using the fuzzdog 7 dwarves pcb. ive had this same problem before with this build. it only gets a weak autowah with the sensitivity all the way down. mostly clean signal. the wah sound is there but weak. i tried changing the mods back to original spec,  ive changed q1 ,  and now i will try changing q2,q3  the regulator and tie the input resistor of q1 to ground inliue of +v
