dumb tuner rebox idea..

hi guys,

i just bought a cheapo 'led tuner'...had to be leds right.  (and yes i will be changing the leds. )

i'm going to re-box it into a lengthwise 1590a if possible , so  it'll be nice and small on my board....  it has a guitar input which is cool,  ...nice n easy drill holes for leds etc....use a 9v- 3v regulator..etc etc..

however...

it says it has an automatic turn off after 3 mins...can i get around that so it just stays on..?

i haven't got it yet..but was just wondering what kind of circuit that would be...to bypass etc....possible?.

i guess i'll have to wait to get it, but has anyone bypassed this 3 min lark before?....i just want to avoid an on/off switch.


(i just bought a nice dual in/out volume pedal which also  has a 'constant'  tuner out too DENIO DVP-35 STEREO/MONO VOLUME PEDAL w Tuner Output)  bargain for 20 quid..
