MXR Carbon Copy No Regen (Feedback) Repair

Hey guys I have a MXR CC and installed a new regen (feedback) pot but now the feedback doesn't work.  The pot was ordered from Dunlop because the original pot went out and would go from 0 to 60 (no feedback to full  oscillation) really quick.  The new pot measures the correct resistance and which makes me believe that there is more to the problem than the pot.  I don't if burnt the 3208 chip out that was next to it but I ran an audio probe on pin 3 and 7 of the 3208 and received a signal but then had no signal on pin 4.  The probe was done on all chips and I had the same exact results.  I'm not sure why I'm getting no feedback now and wondering if you wizards have a solution?
