Tonepad Flanger 301 - Help the dummy please

Hey everyone, I am just getting my components together for the Tonepad 301 flanger build and I am puzzled by the caps. C109, C112 and C114. The parts list has them as 1uf NP which at first I thought were simply non-polarized but as the list does not actually indicate the electrolytic from film or ceramic I referred to the silk screen on the pcb to order my parts from Mouser. When it comes to the three caps I mention earlier, they appear a box shaped which when I crossed checked an imaged I found at http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_6QLNjdt97AY/TIVFPrxVZsI/AAAAAAAAABI/bXRfK4AUboo/s320/ibfln.jpg, it does indeed shows those three caps as red boxed shaped as the silk screen on the pcb has also. So, as the title of my post reflects, can someone help the dummy out and explain what type of capacitors those are so I can order the correct parts for my build. This isn't my first build at all, I have done several and though I would never put myself in the same sentence as Tesla, I have a little background education in electronics, thanks to the Navy and Purdue but I am stumped here. Please excuse the long post but if someone could help me I would appreciate it tremendously.

I've used 1uf Polyester Film Box in my build and even the standard green ones (but they get big at these values)
As you say, the NP is for electrolytic types.

Unless you want to go into the what type sounds better discussion? (But I'm not going that road again!), ether will work as long as they are 1uF and NP.

That's my experience, for what it's worth. If anybody wiser wants to comment, please do so. 


PS. Where did you get your MN3007?

Looks like 1uf box film caps.  The tiny pic you posted looks like the other builder used WIMAs, but there are others you can use for sure.

Great guys, I really appreciate your help. I have just ordered some WIMAs for a MadBean CurrentLover build, I always wanted an Electric Mistress so I thought I would put that project up front, but they won't arrive for a dew days. I never even thought of that Giglawyer. I found the MN3007 at Small Bear, he still has them available at $11.00 a chip. For the more adventurous and gambler type, there is a US seller on Ebay that is offering a combo MN3007 and a MN3101 he guarantees is genuinely authentic and works for about $11.00 shipped.  Again, it is great that there is a place to get useful help and no flames for the common folk these days. I'll let you guys know how it turns out if interested. My passion is the music but I enjoy building the boxes nearly as much.

I altered the layout slighting but the caps in question are roughly in the same place as the original Tonepad layout. The pedal sounds great!

Where Francisco spec's a 1 mf. NP on his boards (as he often does), it's always a 5mm polyester film box like this one:

Is the off board power supply the MAX1044 circuit? That's is what I think I would like but I have never built one before so I have no experience with it. I have read it is quite stable. Has anyone else used this particular power supply and had good results?

Max1044 can be used but I used an LT1054 since it can take more than 10 volts.
