Sansamp GT2: What type of EQ circuit does it have?

I like how the Sansamp GT2 EQ works, it´s predictable, smooth, gentle... seems like a useful circuit snippet to incorporate in other builds.

So, what type of circuit it is? I want to know to investigate more about it, or to taylor it to my needs in some other build. For example, it would be nice to use in an acoustic guitar pre, for general sound shaping, with an added parametric would be a powerful EQ combo.
