Wah pot gears

I want to put the treadle gear on a variety of pots I have available to me at a much cheaper price and put them in my wah to experiment. I know I can just order a new Hot Pot from Dunlop but that doesn't seem like a lot of fun. Are there treadle gears you can purchase online or otherwise? The one on my stock wah pot doesn't have a screw or anything to allow it to be taken off. It looks like it was epoxied on.
