I like around 1:00, where the fuzzing actually gets quieter and grosser the louder you play.

Cheers, yeah I like that effect too, was interesting discovering all the weirdness it can do.

PushmePullyou is OK, but the "What the Fuzz?" derivative is much better. LM386 pushing Escobedo's circuit. It's great.

This is pretty horrible if I do say so. The layout seems to have disappeared I'll find it and post it if anyone's interested.

The info has disappeared from Forrest Whitesides' site for some reason, but I stored the info a while back. Here is my vero as well. If you like octave, it won't disappoint. I'm a sucker for 386 based fuzz as well, so it fulfills much of my tone dreams.

Close matching of the transistors gives the best octave. Better yet, breadboard, and try different transistors, until it sweeps you off your feet.
