Gristleizer bipolar power supply

I'm working on a layout for the Gristleizer based on gaussmarkov's schematic:

It requires a bipolar power supply so I'm using this:

Since C2 and C3 in the bipolar circuit provide filtering are C3 and C4 on the Gristleizer circuit needed or are they redundant?

Yes - they are redundant
parallel caps = 2x value
