I built this fuzz face, but what i'm wondering is does joining LUGS 3 & 2 together make any difference to connecting just LUG 1 & 2 without joining 3 onto 2?
Reason I'm asking is because when I wind it totally anticlockwise there's a massive increase in output volume.
I've seen the Roger mayer classic Fuzz uses only 2 lugs for the Bias control

It's a good practice for wiring pots as variable resistors, helps with dodgy wipers.

This has nothing to do with short-circuit (or not) lugs 2 &3..
