If we are all about poisonous.  I vote for liquid mercury.  It is very heavy.

I used to really be with it!  That is, until they changed what "it" is.  Now, I can't find it.  And, I'm scared!  --  Homer Simpson's dad

A Mercury (a/k/a Quicksilver) story...

This will show my age.

When I was in High School-- my science teacher had a large (glass) mason jar FULL of mercury.  It had a VERY large steel ball bearing in it-- and the steel ball floated in it.

We would also get mercury in science class to put in our hands and "play" with.

Later, I remember somebody broke a mercury thermometer in class-- and we had to EVACUATE the school (because airborne Mercury was determined to be BAD!).  We probably would have had to evacuated the State if somebody dropped that mason jar!

And, I wonder why I got cancer in my neck.  LOL.....

Fortunately, the pure liquid mercury isn't anywhere as toxic as mercury salts as long as you don't agitate it too much which would cause small amounts to go into vapor form.

Also, mercury poisoning diseases are usually mental.  Hmm... Maybe THAT explains...  ;D

Along with the added weight some Super-High Friction tape on the enclosure back to help keeping it from sliding off the amp top.
