Is there a schematic for the Pearl TH-20 Thriller pedal available?

I would really like to build something like the Pearl Thriller pedal, but I hate the way it's hard to find and expensive. A lot of Pearl pedals have schematics available, but I cant seem to find this particular one.

It falls under the general heading of "exciter" or "enhancer" effects; all extensions of the initial Aphex Aural Exciter (a "thrill" is the same as "excitement", right?).

As is conveyed in this thread - http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=93061.0 - one of the consistent challenges with these things is keeping a lid on unwanted hiss, since a major aspect of their functioning involves boosting high frequencies....where the hiss lives.
